On November 29, 2004, Mehryar Ebrahimi became the new Chief of the Office of Administrative and Management Analysis Services (OAMAS). He comes to the National Library of Medicine from the NIH Office of Research Facilities Development and Operations, where he successfully led a number of highly complex design and construction activities. Mr. Ebrahimi has been a licensed professional engineer in the state of Maryland since 1983. His educational experience includes a BS in mechanical engineering and an MS in engineering administration, both from George Washington University.
