On Bastille Day, July 14, the National Library of Medicine launched a new French-language online version of Turning the Pages. Through Tournez les Pages, readers can access the NLM’s medical history treasures, including Oeuvres, the 1585 edition of the collected works of Ambroise Paré (1510-1590). Paré, a surgeon, revolutionized the treatment of wounds.
