For the sixth consecutive year, the NLM and the Association of Academic Health Sciences Libraries (AAHSL) are co-sponsoring the Leadership Fellows Program, which prepares emerging leaders to assume the directorships of academic health center libraries. Since the program’s inception in 2002, 50 fellows and mentors have participated and five former fellows have become directors.
