A newly revised edition of the National Library of Medicine Classification, available in April, adds 26 new class numbers to the schedules and 71 MeSH terms to the index, including 41 new to the MeSH vocabulary as of 2008. In addition, 48 schedule records and 444 index entries have been updated since publication of the last edition on April 19, 2007.
