Approximately 70,000 citations from the 1948 Current List of Medical Literature (CLML) were recently added to the OLDMEDLINE subset in PubMed, part of an ongoing project to map old keywords to current MeSH headings.

Some 55,557 citations from the 1949 CLML were added to PubMed in December 2007 and mapped to current MeSH during this past year. The majority of citations from the newly added 1948 CLML have also been mapped.
